Telemark Turning

A rhythmical linking of turns, using an alternating telemark position, with the forward ski being the outer ski of the turn. Telemark turns are led with the heel flat on the outside ski, whilst the inside ski is pulled beneath the skier's body with a flexed knee and raised heel.
