Nordic Skiing

Any form of 'free-heel' skiing, in which the foot is only attached at the toe region to the ski. This includes cross-country skiing, ski-orienteering, classic or backcountry touring, ski-racing (track racing), langlauf skiing, biathlon, skating and telemark.
