Blue
A colour used at ski trails to indicate difficulty ratings.
In Europe
An easy trail, almost always groomed, or on so shallow a slope as not to need it. It is similar to the North American Green Circle.
In North America
Shown as a blue square.
Intermediate difficulty slopes (usually groomed) with grades commonly ranging from 25% to 40%. Blue Square runs comprise the majority of pistes at most ski areas, and are usually among the most heavily-trafficked.
