Alpine Camber

Also known as Single Camber.

A ski curvature that is characterised by a subtle, gradual arch, without a defined wax-pocket. This form of camber distributes the weight of the skier more evenly over the entire ski base, which makes it easy to carve smooth turns. Downhill, telemark and skating skis all have this type of camber.
